Dr Gordon Thomson

After first completing a degree in animal biology at the university of Guelph, Gordon went on to graduate from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2015.  

Although he grew up in Scarborough, he was drawn to the Quinte area due to family ties, and joined the Stirling Veterinary team in 2019.

Gordon is passionate about all aspects of veterinary medicine but has a special interest in surgery with a budding interest in orthopedic surgery.

He is a member of the College of

Veterinarians of Ontario, the Quinte District Veterinary Association, and the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association.

Outside of veterinary medicine he enjoys soccer and spending time with his wife and 2 children.  His family is complete with his dog, Stella and 2 cats Frankie and Jazz.
