Dr. Jocelyn Murat
With years of experience and a calm, thoughtful approach, Jocelyn has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike.
Originally from the Ottawa area, she completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa before graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2014. Drawn to the Belleville/Stirling region by a network of friends, she quickly joined Stirling Veterinary Services—where she has been

providing dedicated care for more than a decade. Her gentle manner, warm heart, and infectious smile have made her an invaluable member of the team.
She is a committed veterinarian and an active member of the College of Veterinarians of Ontario, the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association, and the Quinte District Veterinary Association. Jocelyn approaches each case with empathy and care, always striving to deliver the highest standard of veterinary medicine. She values collaboration and works closely with her colleagues to ensure every patient receives well-rounded team-based care.
Now firmly rooted in the community, Jocelyn enjoys a full and happy life with her husband, their two children, two cats—Fancy and Charlie—and their playful pup, Dolly. When she’s not at the clinic, she loves spending time outdoors, especially at the cottage, soaking in nature and recharging with her family. Whether at the clinic or the cottage, she brings the same care and calm to everything she does.
